AFRICA DAY 2014

AFIRCA DAY 2014

As every year, we celebrate the Africa Day in our school on May 26.  Our oral English teacher Jennifer Williams, who was born in South Africa, gives always a lot of enthusiasm to this activity.  The performance was made by the 4th grade students who presented two songs and showed their wold cup boards.  They also talked about the endangered animals, and our Environmental Consultant, Rob Appels, gave a nice speech about the campaign against the cruelty with animals that he leads with some students in the environmental club.  He also presented the certification of the pink dolphin that the School adopted with an organization in the Amazons. At the end we also saw the singing presentation of a child of preschool dancing as Michael Jackson.
We all had a lot of fun. Thank you Jennifer!
